Directions, Parking & Booking Your First Visit

Planning a visit to Bomberg Chiropractic? It can be tricky getting here. We hear it all the time: patients circle the building, follow their GPS to the wrong entrance, or aren't sure whether to park on the street or in the lot. So let's walk through directions, parking, and exactly how to schedule your first appointment, start to finish.

We're at 15600 35th Ave. N., right off Highway 55 and Rockford Road, next to the movie theater and across from the amphitheater and performance center. Whether you're coming for Chiropractic Pain Relief after a car accident or just want your back looked at before it gets worse, knowing the route ahead of time makes that first visit feel a lot less stressful.

Key Takeaways:
  • We're located at 15600 35th Ave. N., Suite 101, just off Highway 55 and Rockford Road by the movie theater.
  • Park on the street along 35th Avenue North or in the lot west of our professional building, then use the 35th Avenue entrance — not the upper-level door most map apps point you toward.
  • Schedule by calling or texting (763) 450-1755, or book online as a guest; your paperwork is emailed ahead of time so the first visit moves quickly.

Driving Directions From Highway 55

The simplest route is Highway 55 to Plymouth Boulevard, no matter which direction you're coming from. If you're driving out from the downtown area, head west on 55 and exit at Plymouth Boulevard, then turn right. Once you make that turn, it looks like you're driving straight into the movie theater — that's how you know you're in the right spot. Turning left instead would take you toward the amphitheater and performance center.

Coming from the Corcoran or Hamel side, take 55 east. You can turn at Plymouth Boulevard again, or turn at Vicksburg Lane and work your way over to 35th Avenue North near Cub Foods. Either way, you're aiming for 35th Avenue North, and our professional building sits right along it.

Patients travel in from all over the West Metro and the broader Twin Cities to see us, so if you've never driven this stretch before, give yourself a few extra minutes the first time. After that, it's an easy trip.

Where To Park When You Arrive

You have two good parking options, and both are free and close. You can park on the street along 35th Avenue North, or you can pull into the lot on the west side of our professional building, where there are plenty of spots. Most patients use the lot, and it's typically open even during our busier mid-day hours.

Here's the part worth knowing before you arrive: if you plug the address into Google or Apple Maps, it will usually route you to the upper portion of the building, where you'd walk in and then head down a flight of stairs. That works, but it's the long way around, and stairs aren't ideal when your back is already angry at you.

Use The 35th Avenue Entrance

Use the main entrance on 35th Avenue North — that's the door we want you walking through. It puts you right at our front desk without stairs or hallway guesswork, which matters a great deal when someone comes in bracing on furniture just to stay upright.

If you get turned around, call or text us at (763) 450-1755 from the parking lot and we'll talk you in. Nobody is going to be annoyed. I'd much rather spend 30 seconds on the phone than have you arrive frustrated before we've even started talking about your spine.

How To Schedule Your First Appointment

There are three ways to get on the schedule: call us, text us at that same number, or book online. Texting is a favorite for patients who don't want to sit on hold, and we read and respond to those messages during office hours.

To book online, click the bright orange tab on our website — it turns baby blue when you select it — and choose "book as a guest." From there, you'll confirm six things:

Schedule an Appointment

  • Appointment type: new patient or returning patient
  • Provider — easy, since it's just me
  • Location, since we have one office
  • The date and time that works for you
  • Your phone number and birthday
  • Your email address, so we can send your paperwork over

If you don't see a time that fits, call us. Shawna is excellent at finding openings that aren't showing online, and we can be flexible for last-minute needs. You can also reach us anytime through Appointment Scheduling if you'd rather send a message than call.

What Happens At Your First Visit

Your first visit starts with paperwork, and we email it to you ahead of time so you can fill it out at home. It's a little extensive, which is intentional — the history tells me a lot. If you don't get to it beforehand, no problem; we'll have it printed for you, just arrive a few minutes early.

Next you'll check in and we'll get your insurance information squared away, because I never want anyone surprised by a bill. We're an Insurance-Friendly Chiropractor and we'll verify your benefits up front. If X-rays are needed, we take them on site and I'll walk you through the images briefly — some people are nervous to look, and most end up fascinated by what they see.

From there, you'll spend time on the intersegmental traction table — a roller table that works the spine segment by segment to loosen things up — before I check in with you and go through each joint by hand to see which segments move and which ones don't. Then we talk about next steps and which of our Chiropractic Services fit your situation. If you'd like a sense of what patients experience, our Patient Testimonials cover a lot of ground.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are your office hours?

We're open Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. We're closed Friday through Sunday, so if you're hurting late in the week, call early and we'll find you a spot.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

We accept walk-ins, though booking ahead means less waiting and lets us have your paperwork ready. If you've just been in a crash or something flared up overnight, call or text and we'll do our best to get you in the same day.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Bring your insurance card, a list of any medications and dosages, relevant family medical history, and notes on your symptoms or what you think triggered them. If you have prior imaging from another provider, bring that too — sometimes it means we don't need to take new X-rays at all.

How long does a typical appointment take?

Your first visit runs longer because of the history, exam, and imaging. After that, we keep regular appointments efficient, usually within a 15-minute window, so care fits into a workday instead of taking it over.

I'd love to meet you and take a look at what's actually going on with your spine. Give us a call or text at (763) 450-1755, or stop by Bomberg Chiropractic at 15600 35th Ave. N. #101, Plymouth, MN 55447 — park in the lot west of the building and come in the 35th Avenue door. You can also reach us anytime through our Contact Us page. Take the first step toward a healthier, pain-free life.
